I am a middle aged Norwegian lady but have over the last 30 years lived in Scotland, England, Spain and Canada.

Bachelor's degree in English.

I was invloved in marine science and shipping for many years, both in the UK and in Norway. In both countries I did translations in that field, plus certain legal documents, like contracts and agreements. I have since then translated some light literature, instruction manuals and sales papers mainly for the cosmetics industry, but my work has latterly also involved articles for popular magazines in a wide variety of subjects. 

My personal interests include politics, the visual and performing arts, animals and gardening.
